View Full Version : Rachel's Spinal Tap scheduled for October 9th

It will be at St. Barnabas Hospital in Livingston, New Jersey. This is about 2 1/2 hours from our home but near her neurologist.

For those of you who are so inclined, please start the prayers now and continue through October 9th. All pixie dust welcome!

Hi Sharon,

I can't believe poor Rachel has to have a spinal. I can't imagine what you go through as a parent. We will pray for all to go well.

Okay, we're leaving in about an hour to go down and stay with cousins tonight who live near the hospital. Thanks for all your support, and I'll let you all know how everything goes tomorrow.

I just spoke to Sharon, and she asked me to let you know about Rachel. They had a very difficult day. The doctors had to do several punctures to get the sample they needed. Rachel is home, but is in alot of pain, as the pain meds don't seem to be working. Sharon is hoping that the meds will at least allow Rachel to sleep which will help to ease some of the pain.

Sharon, I am keeping you and Rachel and your family in my thoughts and prayers tonight...
