Halloween Costume

My sister is lookin for a Tutter, the little blue mouse from Bear in the Big Blue House, costume for Halloween. I'm not sure but I think I might have seen one when I was down in WDW last week. We need size 18-24 mos. If anyone can find one we would greatly appreciate it. She has a Bear costume for the older one and thought it would be cute to have "Tutter" tagging along. I would of course re-imburse for all costs.

I would be careful there. Letting Chas pick out a costume for your cute little nephew.
The only thing Blue that he would wear is a wig. and you know young children are not allowed to play with fire. Peggie
