Not real concerned about the on siterestaurants but how's the rooms and pool? Do they have a poolside bar/snack bar and a hot tub? How's the pool area landscaping, size, etc? Thx !

Steve P -

Here are some pictures from our priceline winning one night stay at the WPRS. We stayed on our arrival night before our stay at DXL, we thought it was great! These are from a post on the old board so I hope it works.

We stayed our final night (5/11). The pool was great! There was a kiddie pool 18" deep, a waterfall and a great temperature hot tub. Pool side bar was closed by the time we arrived at 9 p.m.

The rooms were great. Wyndam by Request is fantastic - a Free Beer, Water and plenty of fresh fruit. They will also provide extra pillows, towels & blankets if you want. The kids got the chocolates they left so I can't give you a personal taste report but they enjoyed them!

The Beds were comfy - they had a blanket between two sheets (It seems fresher - most hotels don't change the blankets after each guest)

My only criticism was that the walls seemed thin - you could hear most doors open/close and It was either the neighbors TV or Pleasure Island Announcer???? I was too tired to even check it out.

They did charge an additional $8 fee above & beyond the priceline bid. They claim it is posted on their priceline page. It covers things such as 30 minutes of local calls. For $58/night - I wasn't going to argue.
