<font color=navy>Hi guys - Well, since Y Arriba closed ( :( ), how about we do Hook's Pointe or Storyteller Cafe? Do you have any other recommendations?

I know Dayna & Barb would love to get together at anytime of day. I won't be able to get there until later in the afternoon, as Nick is playing football, and has an away game up in North Hollywood somewhere that morning.

And... if anyone else is in the area, we'd love you to join us! :) :)

I vote for Hook's Pointe. I have never eaten at this restaurant and I just looked at the menu and can't wait to try dessert.

Dayna and I are in St. George, Utah right now. We're available all day Saturday. So we can meet up, with anyone who wants to, at park opening. Or pick a time and we can meet then. Pick a good meeting place and we'll be there!!! See you soon!! :wave:

I have never been to a park opening? I'm a night owl. I might be inclined to meet you guys for opening.

What unreal hour does such an event take place?

I believe Hook's Pointe opens at 5:00 pm for dinner. Should we meet at the Lost Bar at 4:30 pm? My kids love the ice cream drink in the souvenir cup.

The Lost Bar is next to Croc's Bits N Bites and the TinkerBell shop at the Disneyland Hotel. Hook's Pointe overlooks the Neverland Pool at the Hotel.

I plan to get there pretty early and check into the hotel.

I can go to WWTBAM but I won't be able to really play it. :(

30 day rule restricts me from getting into the Hot Seat :)

4:30 at at the Bar sounds good. I had a great meal at Hooke's Pointe the last time I was there.

AP discount works there too!

4:30 Lost Boys Bar
Meet up at the Lost Boys Bar and grab a drink, say hello, etc.

5:30 Hook's Pointe
Dinner begins at 5:30, and I made Priority Seating arrangements for 11.

Lesley +3 (in case Tim comes)
Mary Jo + 2

Priority Seating is under Dayna's name. Please note that we will be given one check and 15% gratuity will be automatically included.

I have to go home sometime Sat night. Sunday I have to help my the kids I teach horseback riding to get their horses ready for the show next week.

We will be at Downtown Disney tomorrow night and then DL Sunday ALL DAY LONG - THEY ARE GOING TO HAVE TO DRAG ME OUT OF THAT PLACE!!!!!

I have given TheLionKing and Poopie DH's cell number and I have theirs.

I REALLY want to at least pass by and hug a DISer!!!

No Fantasmic on Sunday or Monday, but I understand regarding Saturday Night.

We'll see if can hook up in DTD for a few minutes or Sunday AM with Barb and Dayna.

are still sick, I told them if I get sick from them they are in trouble.

I think they are still up to no good at DL, I have to get back to work. Those bad influences ALMOST talked me into staying over night with them and shirking all my responsibilities.

Some of the highlights quickly:

Leslie wore a Lime green bikini walking thru DTD at night after dinner while shaking her "bon-bons" and looking for a pole to dance on.

Leslie presented everyone with orginal hand picked lime green gifts.

Poopie got lime green g-string panties. Watch out DIS CON II.

Dave was very snap happy with his new camera (I think it is new) We girls kept trying to gang up on him and make him blush. It didn't really seem to work.

We went to WWTBAM . Dave who is a WWTBAM smaty pants was on top of the list every time but 2-3 at WWTBAM, it's good he didn't get up there for the hot seat because he has already won in the last 30 days.
Poopie was 10 on fastest fingers, and 5th later . Dayna got up there a few times, I don't know what happened to Barb, it must have been her cold. ;)

Thelma and Louise were passing cough drops and phlem back and forth all day.

Mary Jo managed NOT to throw ice cream on anyone this time, even though she did have some ice cream.

I think a good time was had by all, but I'll let the others fill you in on the rest.

Serves me right for not reading the boards over the last few days! I had nothing going on yesterday, either! :(

I am glad you all had fun, though - and from now on I am reading the DL board every day!! :(

Sunday's update.

Met at Blue Bayou with JohnTBap aka Lee Ann and her DH Craig along with Thelma, Louise, MaryJo and Kelly, Lesley,Tyler and Lilly for lunch.

Got together for one group photo and then we parted ways. Dayna went to buy some Haunted Mansion posters, Barb, MaryJo and DD and Lesley and kids went to the Haunted Mansion, JTB and DH went to explore their first visit to Disneyland and I left to return to Santa Barbara.

Lots of photos to be posted manana i.e. tomorrow.

And yes, the camera is new. :D
