Does it have to do with law, Allison? :teeth:

Yes!

And I don't get a grade or class credit for it! It's for Moot Court, which is supposed to be "an honor". I'd rather get class credit for it! LOL!

lilboo: I agree...seconds seem to last very long on the DIS! ;)

Can you write about the dis? You could tell yourself you're doing research.

As much I as LOVE the DIS and think the people here know a lot...I don't think a judge would take the DIS as authority on whether or not something is a certain kind of contract or not. ;)

okay...i'm logging off...let's see how long it lasts! :p

I agree. I tell myself I'm just going to check my e-mail, then I spend too much time here. :teeth: Luckily, I don't have a paper due any time soon. But I do have to get to the library in the next couple weeks.

LOL! Pin Wizard, I agree, "just checking my email" takes me hours! ;)

Slowly but surely, I'm making progress...once I get started, I can usually maintain focus and get through it! :)

Oh I'm terrible. I have at least 4 people I chat on IM with every night. I end up trying to write stuff for school and chat at the same time. I can't wait till I'm free from papers and tests!

Good luck!

JTB: If you knew how long my paper had to be, how much information I had to go through, and everything else I have to do this week...you'd see that it is procrastinating! :p Trust me!

Well...yesterday I was somewhat productive. I got all the beginning stuff written (Cover page, Table of contents, Works Cited, Summary of the Facts, Issues presented, Assignments of Error, and Statement of Jurisdiction). I also outlined my argument and figured out which cases/statutes I would use in each section. So today all I have to do is write it and write the summary of my argument. I'm hoping it goes smoothly. :)

Were you able to take in the LSU/Mississippi game, yesterday, Allsion?? :teeth:

I was a good student and didn't actually go to the game. :( I sold my ticket instead.

But, it was on TV. :) I had the tv on w/ the game while I was on the computer. I was listening to Disney music, but when I'd hear the crowd cheer on the TV I'd run into the living room to watch. :) And I watched while I ate lunch. It was a good game....sorry I had to miss going to it.
