Based on the instructions, I have 9.52 GB. 6.97 used, 2.55 free.

But, when I checked the 'wrong' way, it showed 320 MB, 63% free.

Bren, you have 9.53 gigabytes of total hard disc space (actually probably 10, but some is never available to be used) You have used a little over 2 gigs and have a bit over 7 left. It is off by .01, due to rounding up or down of one or both the numbers.
