Key To The World Card-Resort Check-In

We will be staying at the Swan before doing the 7 day Western cruise. Will we be able to do the check in for the cruise at the Swan so we won't have to do it at the Port? In other words receive the Key To The World card at the Swan like they do for the Land/Sea Wonder cruises. Our reservation at the Swan is linked to the cruise and we purchased the bus transfers. I believe that only for the Swan and Dolphin, you will need to get a new key to the world card - as those hotels are not owned by Disney. Not sure if you need to check in again - but at least get a new card.
