Today I had to call MS and spoke with Roy. He was an angel.
He was able to help me with everything I needed.
When he asked a couple times if there was anything else he could do for me I finally gave in and said, well there is this one thing, but I have sent an email trying to get it resolved.
He asked what it was and when I explained to him we had a week long reservation for six and were trying to add the dining plan for two days in the middle of the stay. I had made various calls and every CM I spoke to discouraged me from doing it. Roy said it is not impossible, just a lot of work.
It took about ten minutes but when all was said and done, he accomplished what I was asking for.
