Technically by the hour, but that is only so I can get overtime pay. They actually calculate my rate based on a yearly salary.

I own the place so I'm lucky to get one at all.....really, it is a new business so for the first Three years I will not take a check but it turns the CO. business from having a 10 year loan to a 3 year loan...Much better for the long run.:D Team members are paid com. however.

I pay myself a commission so the rest goes back into the business. Or something like that. LOL I hate the $ part & the paperwork of a business. I just want to cut hair.:p

I get paid by the hour, but my pay is calculated for the year (well, ten months that I work), then divided by 20 pays. I work in a school. It's nice having the same paycheck all the time.

Salary + bonus. And the bonus part is big...up to 80% of the annual salary. They really incent us to blow our goals out of the water.

all of the above, two days a week I get an hourly rate, 3 days a week I get salary, and four days I also work for tips. It's all very confusing and sometimes I forget who I'm supposed to be

I top all of you - I don't get paid at all!! I am doing an unpaid internship this semester for my master's degree. So I work but not get even one dime - In fact, I paid $1300 for the priviledge! (That's how much a three credit class costs). This semester is going to be very tight, budget-wise!
