I have been looking at new lenses and accessories for my Canon T2i and came across these lensbaby things. Can someone explain to me in layman's terms what these are and what is the difference between the Muse, the Composer, and the 2.0? I mean, I see that it allows you to make a small focal zone in your image with everything else kind of blurred out, but is that it?
Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the link. I have watched the video and this gives me a much better idea what is going on with these things than reading the amazon.com descriptions.

They snap right into the area where other lenses twist and click. To me they are a pain to use bc you need aprox. 4 fingers to focus and zoom. It's fun to try but that's about as far as it went with me :)

I rented one and took it to WDW this past weekend. It was fun and I think I got a couple of interesting images out it. Still not sure I want to buy one though.

Hey Paul,
Which lensbaby model did you use? Interesting effect in the photo you posted.
Also, BTW I see you are in Cola, SC. I live in Tampa but am currently in Sumter visiting family. Small world...

Based on the videos I've seen I think I am most interested in the Scout. However, I am not sure I want to make that investment right now. Can I ask what kind of camera you are shooting with?
As far as Sumter, we lived here for 5 years before moving to Tampa. My parents are still here. My mom is a master gardener thru Clemson and does a lot of garden work at Swan Lake. She said they have some gorgeous new beds over there so I am excited to take my gear over and get some pics before I head home.
Hope you are able to post more pics you took with the lensbaby.

I was shooting with a Nikon D700

When did you live there? My parents move from Sumter to Lexington just a couple years ago. They wanted to be close to Brooke, our daughter.
My Sumter friends and I always joke that Sumter is the crossroads of America. Seems there is always some kind of Sumter connection!
Even at WDW:

I have a few more to post. I think I needed more time to play with it to get the hang of it.
Have you seen the one below? Best WDW Lensbaby shot I've seen yet.
