'nuther question about this cake pop maker.thing...does a donut hole maker work to make cake pops? I'm totally confused now...
The maker of this cake pop maker is sold out....found some on ebay, but they're $10 higher with shipping at 13.00.

I don't know if the size of the round holes for each, but I did note that the donut hole maker has 7 holes and the cake pop maker makes 12 at a time. To me that is a big difference.
I would think the donut holes are bigger too.

I haven't seen the cake pop maker, but in general cake pops are smaller than donut holes. They are usually the size that fit into your candy liners if you don't put it on a stick - like cake balls.

Best I can tell the donut hole maker is bigger...the cake pop maker does make it smaller...the best is to compare them to the size of a krispy kreme doughnut hole.
