When In auto focus my camera focuses on the chicken wire, not the chickens. How do I fix this? I want some nice pictures of my chick babies!

Manual focus and use a wide aperture. That should make it disappear.

That should do it. If you decide you want to try AF, then use single point focusing

You'll also want to be as close to the wire as possible, without being close enough to scratch the lens of course. This usually worked for shooting through chain link fence during baseball season.

I wanna see the chicks too!

This is the whole chick pack (our loving name for our brood, even though were pretty sure theres at least one or two roosters.

and my favorite chick (er rooster?). Hes got a nerogical disorder and cant do most of the stuff the other chicks do. He cant run well, cant walk so good but boy the bugger can fly (and PECK!)
