AHHHH!!!! I just tried logging into mypoints, and I just get a screen saying that my account has been disabled. Same thing with my FH's. My dad's is fine as is my brother's. Anyone have a clue what is going on? I did cash out for a webbie a couple of weeks ago, could that be it? Help!!

MyPoints disables accts for a number of reasons

1.doing several accts from one computer too close together without logging off the internet ie Husband and wife etc

2.Clicking on links located at forums and not though an email mailed to you

3.Mutilple accts for the same person

if none of these apply and even if they do I would contact MyPoints for an explanation

you can reach them at

membercare@mypoints.com

Hi-
This has happened to me and my mom before. I think they disabled mine because DH and I have a tendency to do ours in the early morning, but not right after each other, so who knows? My Mom is the only one in her house that uses the computer so we have no idea why they did this to hers either.

Just email them at the address above and make sure to include your login name. They will usually enable the account after you email, fax or send them a copy of your driver's license or some other ID. HTH!

It has to be a federal or state ID.
When they disabled my husband's, mine and our son's accounts, my son only had a college ID to fax to them.
They would not enable his account.
I am beginning to wonder if something is wrong with my daughter's and my accounts once again.
Neither of us have received a BonusMail in over 3-4 weeks.
We do not use one computer but we are connected to the Internet via our town's cable.
We always remember to sign out but sometimes if one of is done, we sign out and remind someone else to sign in and get Max while still available.
I think it really stinks that MyPoints assumes you are doing something dishonest without inquiring BEFORE disabling accounts.
I don't have a fax machine, and it costs me about $3.xx to fax them the information they wanted. Thus, reducing the overall reward received.
