Impossible Italian Pie

1 pound bulk Italian sausage

1 bunch green onions -- chopped

1 cup mozzarella -- grated

1 1/2 cups milk

1 cup Bisquick baking mix

6 ounces sour cream

3 eggs

salt & pepper -- to taste

Brown, drain and crumble sausage. Place in the bottom of a 11X7
greased baking dish. Top with onions and cheese. Place remaining
ingredients in a blender for 1 minute. Pour over meat mixture in pan.
Bake at 350F for 35-45 min until tests done with knife.
