Anyone every rent with Florida vacation villas in Clermont, Fl?
Specifically 4327 S. Highway??
this is where my friend would like to rent for their December stay.
How close is it to Disney or other parks, like Seaworld or Universal.
Anyone have good or bad experience with them?
I have not looked but she is booking online and says it looks beautiful.
thanks

I have a feeling that this is the address of the letting agency on HWY 27 not a specific home but I may be wrong.

oh, it probably is. It is the address my friend gave me and I do not know the area at all so I apologize. Do you know of houses in Clermont? They will travel to all parks so they wanted something a bit central. She already booked this, I just found out, but anything to put her mind at ease would be great.

Most of the communtities in Clermont are around the 1-4 miles section on hwy 27 north of 192 so approximately 8-12 miles from the Disney area and top the west of all the parks area but not in a bad place at all..There are a couple of routes she can take to get to the parks area- they all mean having to go south on 27 to 192 then either north on 429 which is a toll road and enter Disney from the west ,continuing along 192 until she gets to Sherberth Road at marker 5 or passing along 192 further to use World Drive.
She can use the second route to get to Osceola Parkway and fromthere to I4 and Universal or Sea World .
There is a Walmart just a little north of the 27/192 junction at Cagan Crossings plus a Sweetbay Supermarket a little further north and a new Publix is being built that way too .Restaurant wise there is Santa Fe Cattle Co ,Chilis plus some fast food outlets there and if they go nrth on 27 they will find an Olive Garden and Bob Evans and maybe soem others -my memory has failed me a bit here I am afraid.
Also in this area there is a shopping mall called Clermont Landing which is quite good

If I think of anything else I'll post again but if you have questions from her just ask.
