There is a small amount of water seeping in form the bottom, kind of where the wall meets a closet in the middle of the house. We aren't sure if it's from our sprinkler syster or the main water pipe. We shut off all water to the sprinklers and now we're waiting to see if it stops. If not, we have to call the water company. Anyone been through this? If they have to dig up my lawn they PAY to put it back, right???
This could not happen at a worst time...my mom is still in the hosp plus we are trying to get them moved from their big house into an apt. and I'm exhausted.

I have never had water so i don't have anything to try and help you out, I wish I did. I hope your mom gets better . Just remember you also have to take care of yourself, keep your stress level down, I know that is easier said then done. Good luck and let us know how everything turnedout.:D

Oh my...have I been thru it!
Now, if it is the pipe bringing water to your house and the piping is called Polybutylene then there are many class action suits concerning this piping.
you need to type 'polybutylene' into a search engine and do some reading. chnaces are if it is, then someone is going to pay for replacement and damage.
PM me if you want.

Yikes!
I'd definitely identify the piping and get the class action money, if you can.
