I was talking to someone about taking their digital camera to one of the Disney Parks and the conversation came up about using Eye-Fi Cards so their photos will be automatically sent back home to their computers and/or automatically posted online on their sharing site.
Someone mentioned back that WiFi in the parks is an issue. Does anyone know of places in the parks that have WiFi? what about in the different parks such as in the US and overseas - Paris and Asia?
Thanks

There is no WiFi at WDW. Can't help you on the other parks.

The only place I've found so far is in Epcot by the Innoventions and character greeting area. I guess it must've been coming from Innoventions building.
It was strong enough to use facetime on the iPhone. = )

Even if there was WiFi at the Parks, there still wouldn't be any way to send your Eye-Fi data natively back to your laptop in your room, as far as I know. There's no cloud aware technology native to Eye-Fi, as far as I know and I've been using them virtually since their inception.

There was (and may still be) free disney provided wifi at downtown Disney. I've also read depots that this was being tested at one of the waterparks.

I believe some do. Is is free... No. It is $10 a day. Some of the more spread out hotels might only have wired access in the rooms. I believe the convention hotels have paid wifi in the lobby.

WDW Info has a ton on internet access at Disney;

Basically, it's uncommon, but sometimes available, even less common that it's free.
I've always taken my Sprint aircard with me. I'm hoping this year when we go down 4G will be alive and well. Even my 3G aircard is typically faster than most business class hotels I stay at, 4G is like having my 50mbps FIOS connection at home :) (OK, not really, but it's pretty damn fast!)
