Dave in the Frozen North

I've done a search to see if I could find an answer to a question, but no luck.
We will be on the 7 day cruise. We've been on DCL twice already, but my daughters were younger so the thought of bringing them never crossed my mind.
Now that they are both teens, and very mature, restaurant savy types, is it at all possible to book a table at Palo's and bring your teenage kids with you? We really want to minimize the time without them, and would prefer to bring them with us if possible. (I also recognize that fellow passengers want an escape from kids at Palo, and that it might not be fair to others if the adult only sanctuary at Palo's was abused. My thought is that knowing my two daughters, they would not stand out as being "kids".)
Anyone done this? If it were possible, thoughts on this idea?
