I just found this section!!!
We had had the most amazing Mousekeeper on our trip in September to POR. Her name was Cheryl and she left us awesome little surprises everyday, along with a super clean room! My kids were so excited to get back to the room everyday to see what Cheryl had done for us.
I sent an email to Disney customer service about her awesomeness, but thought I'd give her a shout out here too :lovestruc
