GV room at Poly~Aotearoa or Fiji

I'm getting ready to make ressies for a Garden View Room at Poly. This will be our first stay here. Our dates are Feb 12-18.
Here's what I'm looking for:

Newly refurbished room
non-smoking
short walk to GCH
balcony
wouldn't mind double sinks or sink seperate from bathroom

for double sinks, you'd have to go for a room in Tahiti or Rapa Nui. A very select few rooms in Tokelau have double sinks or seperate sink from bathroom. They were designed as an experiment for the building of Tahiti and Rapa Nui. :)

The only longhouses sure to be refurbed by your dates are Aotearoa and Fiji. Aotearoa probably meets more of your requests than Fiji, but beware that making more requests makes it harder for the room assigners. Try to narrow it down to 3 main requests. If you really want Aotearoa, then request that plus a balcony and non smoking. It's close enough to the GCH to meet that request.

Like Cali said, though, the only double sinks are in Rapa Nui and Tahitit, which are newer buildings and will probably be the last to be refurbed, but from lack of complaints, I assume to be in good condition.
