What do you think.....?

I am trying to get all that I can out of photography. My main focus for so long has been abstract art, bridges, water, just different things along those lines. Well I have recently switched it up a little and I am now wanting to learn more about portrait work. So here are a few, and please be honest with what you think of them. As long as I am learning, nothing can be too harsh.

So what do you think ???

First two look like they could use some fill flash from the left to cool some of the shadows. Other than that I would probably try to even out the color of the skin of the girl.

The last one looks like direct flash. I'd try to bounce the flash with a little bounced forward to give a sparkle to the eyes and calm down the flash shadows.

They all look a little underexposed on my screen. Also, you might want to photoshop the reflection on the sunglasses. It is showing your flash reflector.
