shade at playa sol in cozumel

DDs (10,6) really want to go to playa sol. Unfortunately, for health reasons, I don't think I will be able to do all the fun stuff with them. Is there enough shady places so that I could still take them and watch them from a chair? Or do you think the place is too big to do this? I was on the website and the place looked awesome. I really want them to be able to go, but sitting in the sun is just not an option for me.
