just got a postcard from disney for modeates at 79 a night plus tax...good from 113/02 to 12/25/02 must be booked by nov 2...the code is ckt:Pinkbounc :bounce:

We have already place our reservations at POR. I am not sure what price we got, but for the five of us it is 1300.
That includes tickets.

Do you think I should call them and check out the prices?

Someone correct me if I am wrong but I think you have to have the postcard in order to get the rate,also I don't think we are supposed to post codes here. That is a dang good rate though! How come I never get a post card???

Most "postcards" have a special "pin #" (I think highlighted w/ yellow?) that you must have to use the code. Post cards are also generally only good for the person they are addressed to.

I got a post card and a couple of emails with codes after I signed up for the Disney online email [2 page] newsletter. At the bottom in fine print there is an offer to sign up for other types of emails.
Sign up for all you are interested in.

tink2dw... What e-mail did you sign up at disney. I have signed on to all the e-mail things that I can. I have never got any thing form disney.... Where can I sign up for the disney newsletter??? thanks....amy

Do you have to have a postcard to use it?

What does it say on the postcard exactly?

My postcard says .... select moderate resorts from $79 per night.

I think the key word being "From". savings based on nondiscounted rate for the same room.
Rate available most nights 11/3/02 to 12/25/02.

There is a code on the postcard. But, from earlier posts, it is just for the person that recieved the card.

I believe this is the same rate we got when I booked our ressies a while ago.
