Confused about Reservations

I just called the reservations desk at the Swan to book a room in November from the 7th through the 11th. They said I could only get the first three nights but not the last. When I checked the availability through Dreams Unlimited Travel (linked from this site) it confirmed for all four nights. I am confused? Should I expect all four nights through Dreams or believe the hotel?

I just went through the same thing with booking my ressies and was told that different sites (expedia, dreams unlimited, CRO, Disney Club) have blocks of rooms they exclusively have for reservations so one place may not have availability, but another one does. I don't know if it works the same with the Swan or not.

Rugratsmom is correct, the hotels contract out blocks of rooms. If you get a confirmation through DU then you definitely will get the room. :)
