Date Night

Tuesday we are planning on dropping the kids and mil off at her room when it's bedtime (after supper and whatever we do for the evening). Any ideas on what would be good places to go Route 66, stroll around the decks, any ideas would be appriecated!

Definitely check out the adult nightclub areas! :) Check your Personal Navigator for activities, there will be shows or dancing going on in Wavebands, a dueling pianos/comedy show in Offbeat and quiet piano music in the Cadillac Lounge. Something for everyone's tastes! :)

Sometimes they have romantic music playing poolside - by the quiet cove pool. Enjoy a couples dance by the moonlight.

Even though this will be our third cruise we keep learning about new things onboard. Finding an adult area to dance slowly & romantically was one of the things we had yet to discover. Thanks WovenWonder!

beauty of stars, moon and ocean w/maybe a bottle of wine or champagne...maybe a dance to some romantic music.....

Catch a late night movie. There usually are not very many 'children' in the theatre late at night -- but you may have a few groups of teens there.

Grab a cup of coffee or 'umbrella drink' and relax quietly on the comfy lounge chairs on the promenade of deck#4. Maybe even ask for an extra dessert from dinner that you didn't have room to try ---- save it to enjoy together with your coffee later that evening. What the heck -- why not order 'room service' for a late night snack together and request for it to be 'delivered' to you on deck#4 - just be very specific as to where you are on the promenade.

I would eat a little less at dinner with your family that night and make your Palo ressies then so that you can have a romantic evening at Palo with your date. You could even try to get a Surial treatment before or after.
