Anyone use hotel for the day in Sint Maarten?

I have heard that it may be possible to pay to have the use of a hotel while in Sint Maarten. Has anyone ever heard of this or done it? We aren't looking for a room, just use of their beach, pool and drinks.

Never heard of anyone doing this. All beaches are public, so you don't need to worry about access in that regard. And any hotel will be happy to let you use their restaurant. Do you really need a pool?

Very true, and I really like the beach right at the ship. I just heard about this, and thought I would see if anyone else had heard of it.
