I just got invited to apply for Presidential Classroom.
Has anyone done this or do they know anything about it?/

You go down to DC for a week and its about like law and stuff like that.
If you're interested in social sciences, history, and govt for college its a really amazing oppurtunity and I am like floored that I got invited.

YEA I got that in the mail on Monday. It sounds really cool and I want to do it, its just that its almost $1200 and I really don't just have that kind of money lying around. My mom said on the brochure that there were names of companies that you could ask to sponsor you, but I also don't know if I could take a week off from school. It sounded really cool though!! I was excited too!:Pinkbounc :p

The one I really wanna do is during school and I cannot miss a week of school so I am applying for the one which occurs during my spring break.
It stinks cuz I can only go to this one because of school.
and then another one that is in the summer session sounds amazing but it starts on the day of my graduation so i cant do it so I only have this one chance.

oh Norah that sounds soo cool!! I'm not very interested in all that govn. stuff but hey if you do it sounds like it could be a great experience!! OOOOh i hope you get to go, and if you do you better tell us all about it!

Omgosh! That sounds soo awesome! Thats something that I want to do whenever I'm in High School, becuase I wanna be first Woman President!

ummmm I think how I got invited was because I was put in the Who's Who Among American High School Students book....is that how u got it Norah??
