Do rooms have refrigerators??

I thought I read somewhere they didn't but I also thought I read somewhere they did. Which one is right?

Each room as what looks like a refrigerator but is essentially an electric cooler. I've read on the threads that adding ice in ziploc bags helps. You can request an actual refrigerator for medications.
