I've gotten a few PMs recently about how I process images, and while I think I responded to most of them, here's some info for those who might be curious:

Also, for my own curiosity--is this an "efficient" workflow? It seems that everyone thinks you have to use Lightroom in order to be efficient, but I'm not really that wild about LR.

I'd also like to know how LR would make you more efficient, as opposed to what you're already doing in ACR... and I love LR!!!! I've never used ACR, but I do a lot of those same changes (maybe not to your exact effect) and even more with LR. I'll usually look through my presets if I want a unique look, but don't use them too too much. I then adjust WB.... Exposure... Fill light (more from a suggestion from you actually)... Vibrance... Clarity... Contrast... Usually knock down brightness... A small increase to saturation (but adjusting individual colors later).... Highlights/shadow.... I like to decrease the luminance to individual colors a lot.... Sharpness adjust.... And finally, for a lot of photos, I use the Lens Correction to actually add some vignette (I just like it more than the actual Vignette adjustment). I'll also use the brush to get more control of the vignette look. And that's my main process. So maybe I'm not efficient either. ;)
Then again, maybe the efficient argument is more about organization than processing. And i definitely don't use LR's tools to it's full potential.
