I can find nothing on this bag that describes what it will fit. On the medium Tumi bag they state that it fits an ultra compact. That leads me to believe that the large would be for a compact camera not a dslr like yours. That is only a guess. I went to the Tumi website and they have nothing listed which leads me to believe this is a discontinued item.

If you're looking for a shoulder style bag for your camera then the Crumpler 3mil ought to work for the Sony A230 & kit lens. Maybe even the Crumpler 2mil but I've never personally looked at that particular bag to see what the size is really like. Crumpler's are well built bags with good padding.

Actully I was on the hunt for somthing cheap that looked more purse-like. I shoot in alot of low income areas where I worry that my bag would be stolen (camera nappping is more prevlant here than purse snatching)
