Hi guys, this is an update on my eyesight problem . I gave my mom a note from my teacher and the school nurse, and I also talked to her privatly . Guess what , she still REFUSES to belive me . My eyesight is getting progressivly worse . I am getting headaches so bad that nothing eases the headaches other than taking 2 aleave at breakfast, 2 aleave at lunch , and 2 at bed . It is getting so bad as that one of my friends was pointing out a cute, hott guy sitting acrossthe gym describing him , and Iall I could see was a blurry disformed blob . Also, the other day I was sitting 1 foot from the board and I ask someone what the board said to know what to copy down. So what do I do now ?????????

That's odd and scary that your mother refuses to believe that you have an eyesight problem.. why would you want to lie about that? Maybe talk further with your school nurse, and she can refer you to an optometrist or talk to your mother in person.

thats really weird also that your mother refuses to believe you. You would not be making it up. You should ask your mother to put a piece of paper with letters in front of you. If she sees you squinting or not knowing the letter then maybe she will take you to the eye doctor.

Keypooh, does your mom have an e-mail address or a DIS name? I could drop her a note if you want.
