Prepaid for PhotoPass CD and can't use credit!

I have a credit for the CD in my account but I can't for the life of me figure out how to claim it! I'm sure I'm looking over the most obvious answer and I called CS, but they were only taking messages.

How do I order my CD? Pictures are edited and ready to go... I just need to get them on the CD.

After you've edited all your pictures, you need to go into the Shop and place an order for the CD.

When you head to the checkout (and view cart), the system will recognise that you have a prepaid for a CD and there will be a second transaction line added to the order. This second transaction should credit out the charges for the CD.

You won't need to select any of your pictures as the system will download every file in your account on to the CD.

I was shipping to Australia, so there were additional shipping charges on my order. Not sure if you may be charged local shipping or if it is free to a US address.

If you are planning on printing your pictures, just make sure that you've checked for the correct or different print sizes as well. In the end I only saved about 10 or so pictures for two different print sizes and I wish I had saved more!

Thank you Princess! I appreciate you taking the time to answer. I was adding the CD but panicking a bit that it was adding an additional CD to my account. Off to see if I can get it to work...
