If you are referring to the 3 course prix-fixe menu including an appetizer, entree and dessert - yes that is available on the regular dining plan.

By the way, if you order that, I would not recommend getting the salmon as the entree. I thought the lobster bisque was terrific for an appetizer, but was very disappointed in the salmon.

Yes, if you choose strictly from that menu. No substitutions would be allowed at all.
