Dining times....

This may be old news to some.... probably most. I kept reading about the change in dining times, from 6PM to 5:30 and from 8:15 to 7:45 (not sure of the original time for late seating since I am scheduled for the early seating).

Anyway, I called and found out these changes are only for the September cruises! In October and beyond, they revert back to their original times.

I guess this is a test run for the changes.

That is what I have been told also, psimon, and it sounds like DCL is finally disseminating the information to all the agents. Dining will go back to 6:00 and 8:30.

And the funny thing is that the test times may not even hold out till the end of Sept. now. I asked DCL about our 9/22 sailing and they told us the other day that we would be back to old times by then...Crazy Stuff! I guess we will just see what it says when we get to port!

Funny, I wasn't sure I wanted to do too much research on the cruise because I wanted some things to be surprises. I am a huge researcher. It's nice to know that no matter how much I indulge myself it looks like some things are definitely still going to be a surprise. Maybe even to the Disney folks. lol.

From the sound of things, it looks like surprises are something you can count on. When in January are you going? We'll be on the Magic January 11, 2003.

My DH, DSis and DBil will all be on the 1/25 eastern. There are only a few other Dis'ers on the same cruise so far. Maybe we will have the boat to ourselves!!:Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc
