This was my first Half and it was very magical, forgive the cliche. I appreciated the music playing, seeing the characters along the course, and especially the workers. You don't realize how encouraging that is, or how much energy can give a participant.
I know there were many complaints about the management of the race, and while some may be valid, for me it was a very positive experience and I look forward to repeating it. And dragging as many as I can with me. :yay:
