Do DVC members get some sort of discount for the dining plan? My family bought points from a DVC member and he asked if we wanted to be on the dining plan. Its on our reservation but seems a bit cheaper than what it should be. Anyone know?

DVC members do not get a discount on the DDP. At one time - not sure if it's still true or not - DVC members did not have to pay the peak prices for the DDP (certain times of the year the prices are higher for DDP), only the basic price. So if that's still the case, that could make it less expensive for a DVC reservation with the DDP.

We did the DVC dining plan over Thanksgiving & paid the basic price. It worked out real well for us as I figure with 4 Adults over 7 days we saved over $300.
