4 day cruise/3 nights at Swan/Dolphin promotion

I'm a happy camper.

I took advantage of Code SWDO and was able to book a Cat. 10 for a 4 night cruise including a 3 night hotel stay at the Dolphin. Cat. 10 is $599 adult and $299 child. I had to change my travel plans from February, 2003 to November but feel I really got a bang for my buck. The November package is only $100 more than my 3 day cruise I booked (nearly a year in advance), but I get an extra day of cruising, plus staying at the Dolphin.

My only disadvanage was that I had to give up the secret porthole cabin for an inside cabin on Deck 1, but feel this is well worth if for my family of three.

Hope others get to take advanage of this promotion. Cabins are very limited, so call right away.

Where did you here about this promotion and what dates is it available? Are there discounts on other categories as well? We're all set for our cruise this month but it does sound like a lot of "bang for the buck" and would be something to consider for another trip.

I got the promo information from mousesavers.com. I called Disney, and the dates include 9/29 thru 11/21 and 11/29 thru 12/5. The rate is slightly different depending upon the category. I believe Cat 8/9 was $799 per adult. I am uncertain about other category costs. This does not include transfers, insurance, air or park tickets.

Also, I was not guaranteed a cabin assignment until I booked. However, you can ask what cabins are available at your category level. When I booked this morning, there were only 8 cabins available in a Cat. 10 for the 11/10 sailing.
