Timing Question...

DH and I have a 6pm PS for 'Ohana on our anniversary and would like to head over to the MK for 8pm Spectro and Fireworks. He thinks that is cutting it too close. What do you think?

I think it'll be close but do-able. 'Ohanas is one of the restaurants that people have reported a wait, up to 30-40 minutes, even with a PS. If you could move it up closer to 5:30, I would. If not, arrive a few minutes early and hope for the best! If you get seated on time, you should have plenty of time to eat and make it there. If you get done early, you can always wander around the Poly or just get to MK early and get a really good seat.
