recently, the graphics on any websites i visit do not show up!(including all your disney signature pictures) i haven't touched anything or changed anything...i tried many things and got lots of advice from " professional" sources... anyone else ever have this problem and any suggestions on how to fix it?? my computer is brand new... 2 1/2 months.... i have windows xp?? it's so frustrating! thanks in advance....:eek:

Have you restored your computer to a previous day?

yes mal... that was one of the first things we tried! but thanks for the suggestion...... how did i know you would be the first to answer! :-)

on your explorer bar under view is a listing for Java console
click on that clear it then run finalizers... probably will not do any thing but worth a try.

hi mal,

i went back to about a few days before the graphics stopped showing, which was about 2 weeks then.... now it's been a good month! i'm not sure what you mean by explorer bar and what are finalizers??? i though i knew more about computers.... i guess not!!! thanks in advance for all your tips... i will try anything at this point!!

oh and of course i finally get the tupperware email 2 days ago and i can't view any pictures!!! doesn't it figure!

your explorer bar is your Browser bar at the top of the page

in Internet explorer it will say File-Edit-View-etc


click on view then Java Console



also ck under Tool - internet options- advanced-and make sure your Java console is on

under Mircosoft VM

make sure there is a check beside all three java options.
