My mom has lymphoma ca. and gets very tried. She wants to rent an electric wheelchair from Disney at Magic kingdom and Epcot.
Does she need a doctors note to rent one?
How much does it cost?
Does anyone have any feedback on these electric wheelchairs?

There are no electric wheelchairs to be rented at MK or EPCOT. There are ECVs (scooters). I believe they rent for $35 plus deposit. They are rented on a first come, first served basis and there is no guarantee they will be available. If she must have an ECV, you should seriously consider renteing from off site. Cost is the same or perhaps a little less and you will have it for the entire trip. They will be delievered to your hotel and pick up when finished from the resort.

Most of the sites have good pictures that show what they look like. As Lisa mentioned, the ones from the parks are limited in number and can't be reserved ahead of time. So if she really needs one, you would be best off renting from one of the off-site places. Whether you decide to go thru one of these companies or rent at the parks, you don't need anything from the doctor to rent one.
