Akershus has the Princess breakfast, which is lots of fun.

It really depends on when you're there and what you're hankering for. We always get to Epcot at rope drop so that we can head straight to Soarin'. We then do Test Track and/or Misssion Space and head back to Soarin' with FP tix. Because of that, we usually end up at Sunshine Seasons. Epcot's Future World doesn't really have great sit-down table service locations for breakfast. Mainly counter-service and snack options.

The World Showcase doesn't open up till later in the morning so if you can wait that long, then there are a lot of options over there. If you're hankering for a snack/light breakfast, Boulangerie-Patisserie in France or the bakery in Norway are great options. As a previous poster mentioned, Akershus's princess bfast is a very popular option for a sit-down. It can be expensive if you're not on the dining plan.

Yes, Sunshine Seasons does have pretty good breakfast selection.:thumbsup2
Or you could try a breakfast ressie at one of the Epcot resorts.

we have always been disappointed that the bakeries in the WS are not open earlier so we could have one of the yummy pastries for breakfast. Sunshine seasons does have a nice selection. We have also left from Epcot via the international gateway and had breakfast at the Boardwalk bakery. They have a few bf sandwiches and sweets and you can't beat a table by the lagoon.

Another vote for Sunshine Seasons. That place is good for any meal!

Counter service - Sunshine Seasons.

Table service- Akershus.

That's it.

If you're not on the dining plan, there is a new Joffrey's Coffee snack bar at the front of the park for coffee drinks and pastries, and a Joffrey's kiosk in Future World near Mission:Space and Ellen's Energy Adventure. However, remember the Joffrey's outlets don't take the dining plan.

There are two bakeries in World Showcase (Norway and France) but they do not open until 11 AM.
