We have been told it will cost between 5 and 10 dollars a night to hire a cot, does anyone know if shops in Orlando will be cheaper. I checked the Wal Mart website and there were only the normal cots.

I'm sure you can get a travel cot at Walmart, or Sears, or JCPenny - they are not called travel cots though, they are often called 'Pack and Play' or Play Yards
JCPenny (http://www0.jcpenney.com/jcp/Productlist.aspx?deptid=327&catid=10540&cattyp=LFS&cat=play+yards&dep=children%27s&pcatid=4240&pcat=baby+essentials&ShopBy=0&ttyp=)
Babies R US (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/browse/-/542468/ref=ba_hp_ln_bg_5/103-8179653-2103866)
Target (http://www.target.com/gp/browse.html/ref=/601-2250389-3831308?node=1041924)
Babies R Us looks like your best bet. there is one
BABIES"R"US - ORLANDO

or I bet they would deliver to your hotel.
Or - you could bring one from home- It's a bit of a hassle, but I have seen loads of them on luggage carousels, so I am sure the airline will carry it no problem
