Halloween Horror Nights

I have gone to 4 HHNs in the past, and I have been trying not to read much about this years because I was under the impression this was going to be the first HHN I was going to miss in 3 years. But now it appears I am going in Mid-October, and I want to hear details. I am unsure where all the mazes will be held, and I was just wondering what rumors I have missed if any over the past couple of months. Are there any haunted rides this year? How about any Scare Zones? I know Universal had these things, but I am unsure if IOA will as well.

Houses will be Maximum Carnage in a shed behind Storm Force, Scary Tales 2 in the Popeye queue, Fear Factor in Thunder Falls, Evilution in Tri Encounter queue, and Scream House in the Studios behind Suess Landing. I don't know about scare zones, but it is said there will be no safe zones this year. As for the rides, I haven't heard haven't anything except Storm Force may have extra fog and lighting effects.

From the press releases, it sounds like Jurassic Park River Adventure may be haunted, and I've heard that the Hulk will become the "Green Goblin" coaster.

We are considering joining the HHN this year.
That's sounds like fun but our children are 8 and 11,
so we are hesitating yet to join it.
Anyone, could you tell me that it is possible to buy the tickets on that day ?
Most tickets are sold out immediately ?
we had better purchase them in advance ?

and one more question.
I heard this event is no costumes allowed,
We are planning wearing Yukata - Japanese informal cotton kimono (for summer wear)
Do you think it is OK ?

I would buy tickets in advance, especially if you are going later in the month. Late October, especially Halloween, HHN nights are prone to sell-outs.
