I have a bunch of old slides that I just painstakingly "converted" to jpg (by projecting them and taking pictures  ). The quality actually turned out okay, but now I'd like to make them into a slide show dvd for my mom (for her to play on dvd player, not computer).
Are there any free programs that do this? I have Windows Movie Maker on my laptop but I'm not sure it makes dvds?

you can use Windows Movie Maker but there are other easier programs like google's free Picasa or you can use DVD software like Nero. For my old photo slideshows with music, subtitles, etc. I use Photodex ProShow gold - for my mom!)

Thanks! I'll play around with those programs and see which one works best. :)
