It's not out of focus. It is a 3D photo. Use the standard blue and red glasses to view it.

It was made using Roxio 2011 Pro. It is a 2-D picture converted to 3-D.

I finally dug out my anaglyph clip ons and gave it a peek. Pretty cool.
