pools at POR

It's been a while since we have stayed at POR. Do any of the pools have steps leading into the water? Looking to gradually introduce some kids to the deeper water. Also, does Ol Man Island have a kiddie pool?

Your answers are yes and yes. At ol'Man island, there are steps leading into the water and they also have a nice little kiddie pool too.

Do you remember if there are steps in the quiet pools as well. Hoping to use it during "laundry time"

I remember stairs at the quiet pool near buildings 18 and 27.....

Just got back from 2weeks at POR in July. They have steps as far as I could see in all the pools. I stayed in the Magnolia Terr Mansion and that quiet pool has stairs. Hope this helps

You might also want to take the shuttle over to PO-FQ and use that pool. Your kids would probably love the whimsical theming, and the serpent slide where you can slide down its tongue. It is a pretty gently sloping slide, and is great for a 1st slide! Also, the water fall with the characters is pretty cool, as well!
