Halloween is over. It's time to get ready for Christmas. What photo/video/Disney related stuff is on your Christmas list?

Around here, Christmas is pretty much just for the kids. Our gift season comes in the spring when we get our bonus. I already have a list of stuff I want, so I'll post it here anyway.

A big Octabox. I've been playing with an Alien Bees PLM and a diffuser, but it isn't the same. I want a really big, really soft light.
A Sanho Hyperdrive. I don't always want to lug a laptop around. I might get one of these for dumping pictures and videos. Then again, I might just get more memory cards.
Canon 24mm f/1.4 - It'd be nice to have a fast, wide lens. Then again, I don't know that I'd use it enough to justify it. This one isn't a high priority but if Santa is in a generous mood...
Canon 14mm f/2.8 - Like the lens above, I want it, but probably not badly enough.
Canon 8mm-15mm Fisheye - I'll wait to see the reviews, but it looks like fun.

I want a decently fast tele zoom. It's the one area I'm lacking. But since I do 100% of the gift buying I can pretty much guarantee I'm getting a pair of jeans and a couple of bras under the tree. Possibly some matching panties. I'll probably pick up the lens at tax refund time, which coincides nicely with my birthday.

My neighbor in FL has the surf one. It's pretty cool.

My list is long, and for the most part pretty far-fetched. But one thing I would really like to get is an external flash for my Canon XSi.

Any recommendations?

I received a wired remote shutter release and neutral density filter for my birthday, so that was good.

Other things I'd like:
* Better tripod
* Lens hood
* Wireless shutter release
* Faster zoom lens (e.g. EF 70-200mm f/4L or similar)

I'd like a new Manfrotto ballhead and the adapter to use the plate on my RRS strap, as well as another external hard drive since mine is around 50% full right now. I'm not confident I'll get it, because my Husband really isn't a buy-from-the-list kind of guy, but I'm going to try!

I also am getting a trip to WDW for 4 days in February as sort of my Christmas present to myself. That was definitely unexpected, so I'm almost willing to settle for nothing for Christmas if that's what it comes down to. :thumbsup2

I want a D3x and Nikon's amazing 14-24 UWA lens.

How likely is this to actually happen? Um ... can I use negative numbers?

My kids picked up a pair of those at a tradeshow. It was not pleasant having screaming monkeys flying all over the house for a week.

I think I'll add a Cintiq table to my wishlist. I used to consider my Intuous a waste of money, but I'm using it more and more as I'm doing more retouching. I think the Cintiq would be really cool.

I just saw that you can publish my B&H Wishlist (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/wl/173AE7BA75). This will make it much easier for you to get me the right Christmas, Birthday, Anniversary, Father's Day, Labor Day, or whatever day gifts.

LOL I'm not certain, but I think this is the first time anyone has talked about bras and panties on the photo boards...

I want an UWA and Photoshop Lightroom. I also want some new bras too. I got a better chance getting bras.

I am pretty sure we have a couple of those flying monkeys around the house - slightly used. The kids each got one at my company picnic maybe 2 years ago - my son just recently found out they screamed! :scared1: He's only 5. I would be happy to send them your way! :rotfl2: It may help me stay sane!
