Are all of the king-bedded rooms at All Stars designed for use by a disabled person? Also, are there handicapped rooms scattered throughout the entire complex, or are they all in one location?

I'm planning a multiple room trip for my extended family. My DSiL wants a king-size bed but is not disabled. My DM has mild CP, but would rather not have a barrier-free room is the shower is going to leak onto the floor like it has in some hotels.

Thanks for your help!

There are handicapped rooms with tubs as well as ones with showers. They are scattered throughout the resort. I usually request the one with a tub through special needs.

from my understanding the vast majority of the king rooms have roll in showers, and yes they are scattered through out the complex. I'm not sure about the leaking problem but will find out in dec.

I have stayed at the All Star Movies several times in the past few months and know for a fact that there are king rooms set up for the handicapped with tubs and grab bars. My last 3 trips I have stayed in them and expect to again this upcoming trip. You do need to go through special needs for these as they are at a premium. They have also made sure I am in a room as close to the main area as possible since I use a power wheelchair.
This is not an understanding but verified FACT.

I have stayed in one that was a King Room with a tub and bars. It was 2nd floor, Courtyard View, at All-Star Sports in Surfs Up directly behind the "pool utility house", so the view was slightly obstructed.
