VB grocery and cruise questions

Some quick questions before we return to VB:

1. We plan to buy some groceries on Sunday at either Publix or Walmart up US 1 towards Sebastian. Does anyone know the hours? Is Walmart open 24 hours? Thanks.

2. We are interested in taking a river boat cruise, but not the Disney tour of the Oceanographic Institute - can we just drive there and take the boat tour? Anyone know the times and cost?
Do you have to pay for admission as well? I saw a 2001 price of $19 - sounded like it was just for the cruise.

Or how about the River Queen Cruise at Hiram's in Sebastian? Anyone know times and cost?

Walmart is open 24hrs in Sebastian.I thought it was ironic the last time we stopped there on the way down from Melbourne to pick up a few things. The oranges were from Cal. Right in the middle of citrus country. LOL
