A question about Jaws

I have seen this on a video.What amazes me is the way that shark manages to jump out at people at the right times!What worries me though is the amount of sharks they must go through in the course of the day or do the sharks really survive the electric shock from biting the cable and they only make us think it has died!

Actually (and this is a little known fact) those aren't real sharks.

They are actually retired theatrical agents and lawyers and are extremely well paid. During their last negotiations with the theme park ("A contract with teeth" was their motto), they negotiated an unusual perk: Actors who audition for parts in the various shows at the park and don't make the cut get fed to the Jaws sharks on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Unfortunately, this event is only open to those on VIP tours.
